Sunday Family Photo 2006-11-12
This shot should look familiar. I posted a photo from the same day awhile back. I held onto this one thinking it was redundant at the time, but that I might eventually post it. My daughter is chasing after her friend in a field of Cosmos flowers.
Those flowers are gone now. It's getting cold here. Our neighbors loaned us a kerosene heater (short story, but not interesting). Tomorrow we'll buy a plastic tank and, hopefully, some kerosene. So far this apartment seems to retain heat very well, and we're happy about that. Really happy.
Last night my wife and I finished Season 2 of (the new) Battlestar Galactica (two thumbs up). Back in the USA, I'm surprised at how few of our friends even know about the series. It's on cable, I guess. Many months ago, I read on a blog (Instapundit, actually) that the series was quite good, so I ordered Season One. We don't watch much English TV here (we don't have cable), but sometimes we enjoy watching entire seasons of our favorite TV shows (usually in two weeks). What TV series have we watched, you may wonder: Lost 1 and 2, Firefly (also two thumbs up), and Battlestar Galactica.
