Welcome to Shinjuku 2006-05-30

I arrived in Shinjuku (on my way somewhere) too late to take photos of people casting shadows in the late afternoon light. Then I looked up and saw the light that I wanted illuminating the buildings instead, so I decided to shoot those "faces of the city" instead. I'll be showing you buildings for awhile, interspersed with people so you won't be overwhelmed by silent, cold, impassive concrete (despite being in such warm light).
