A parody of Shibuya's latest most trendy girls, this "Senta Guy" (a pun based on a street name in Shibuya) wears every outlandish and expensive item popular with that set (plus extras, like the tiny stickers these guys painstaking put around their eyes). As extreme as this looks, it's not really that far beyond what some of the girls are wearing. I hope this really is parody though...
