You roll the dough with these long, wooden rollers. The dough wraps completely around them. The pattern the instructor demonstrated is too complex for words. It's not just about getting it flat, but getting it right. It turns out that I was pretty good at this. :) Copyright Andrew Gray 2004 | ||
