Japanese Girls in Kimonos for Seijin No Hi

Every January the Japanese celebrate "Seijin no hi" or "Coming of Age Day" for twenty year old women. It's a great day to take photos. Just head for a popular shrine. I took these pictures at Meiji Jingu in Harajuku. The photographers were having a photo frenzy, and nobody seemed to mind. (I took all these pictures with my old camera, so you may notice that the quality is higher on other gallery pages.)
